Verena von Mitschke-Collande is the owner of Giesecke & Devrient GmbH and the driving force behind the creation of the Giesecke & Devrient Foundation.

Dr. Karsten Ottenberg
Dr. Karsten Ottenberg has been Chairman of the Management Board of Giesecke & Devrient GmbH since 1 April 2005.
Ludwig Devrient
Ludwig Devrient is a member of Giesecke & Devrient's founding family. As a member of the Management Board, he was responsible for the company's entire banknote and securities printing operations.
Dr. Dietrich H. Hoppenstedt
Dr. Dietrich Hoppenstedt was President of the German Savings Bank Association until 2006.
Professor Klaus-Dieter Lehmann
Professor Klaus-Dieter Lehmann has been President of the Goethe Institute since 1 April 2008.
Isabel Pfeiffer-Poensgen
Isabel Pfeiffer-Poensgen has been Secretary General of the Kulturstiftung der Länder (Cultural Foundation of the German States) since 2004.
